• Name, phone number and email address you enter in an enquiry form.
• Property preferences, budget range and the text of your message.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed.

3. Why we use it

To answer property-selection enquiries, prepare offers, arrange viewings, keep accounting records and improve this website.

4. Consent and legal grounds

We process your data on the basis of your consent when you send an enquiry, and to take steps at your request before a contract is concluded. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to contact@drexella.com; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out. Processing follows Law of Ukraine No. 3993-IX 'On Personal Data Protection'.

5. Sharing limits

Data is disclosed only to our hosting provider, customer-management system, translators and legal advisers, and to public authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

6. Retention

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months from the last contact. Contract and accounting records are kept for the periods set by Ukrainian law.

7. Cookies

Ukraine has no separate cookie statute. Non-essential cookies and similar identifiers are set only after you give informed consent through our cookie notice, under Law of Ukraine No. 3993-IX 'On Personal Data Protection'.

8. Your rights

Property and service information on this site is identifiable, accurate and not misleading, as required by Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-ВР 'On Advertising'. Provider details are published under Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce'.
