2. What this service is
drexella.com is an information intermediary that helps users browse and compare country property listings and reach sellers or agents. We are not the property owner, seller, developer, notary, state registrar or any legal authority. We do not conclude sale, lease or reservation contracts on your behalf and do not hold or transfer funds.
3. Listings and third-party content
Listings, prices, images and availability come from third parties and may change. They are published for information only and are not an offer. Advertising is identifiable and must not be misleading, as required by Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR “On Advertising”.
4. Your responsibilities
Before any transaction you must independently verify ownership title and encumbrances in the State Register of Real Property Rights, the seller’s identity and authority, the cadastral number, land status and permitted use, permits and technical condition, arrears, and any legal restrictions on foreign ownership. Obtain independent legal, tax and technical advice.
5. Acceptable use
You may not publish false or unlawful content, copy or scrape data at scale, or attempt unauthorised access. We may restrict access in case of breach.
6. Consumer rights and complaints
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX “On Consumer Protection”. Send complaints to contact@drexella.com or +380 982 346 3540; we respond within 30 calendar days. You may also contact the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection or a court.
